I'm aware that it happens to men as well. I've seen it happen but until it is seen not as sexual but as a power move and steps taken to stop it, then nothing is really done, it only becomes the flavor of the month as happened with bullying.
I have seen it and it can be real ugly.Man was fired .He was married and faithful and got fired for it.
