I discovered Leonid Afremov a couple years ago and he became my new favorite painter. I love the bold, brilliant colors.

This particular painting is called, Morning Mood. It has a feeling like a fall morning in the Northeastern woods.

De Lempicka, Millais, Modigliani, Serebriakova, Chagall, Munch, Escher, Picasso, Burne Jones, Macdonald Mackintosh, Beardsley, Leighton, the Chapman Bros., Goya, Rosa... no way I could narrow it down to one.
