Hi everyone, I think there are some scammers who have found their way onto this site. Please be careful everyone, and don't give out any personal information until you know the person well. This includes cell phone numbers, because a scammer can find a lot out about you from that. Be safe!!!
How do you tell the difference between a scammer and a person trying to meet up with you in real life?
There is a pattern. I left a comment about what to look for on this thread. To be careful, don't give out your phone number or email address until you are sure the person is real.
Scammers are the worse, although the haters (Haters - fun novel) usually get swarmed upon here by a bunch of intelligent bees.
Keith Johnson is pimping his alleged "sister" in Turkey to me.....tells me the only way she will come to me is when I download WHAT'S UP..... he claims he is a guy 51 in NYC but spells it out New York, New York.....claims he is here to meet a nice Atheist woman....I sent a welcome encouragement 9 word note and he instantly started his scam chat questions to me
..... @Admin has not yet responded to my flag of that Keith Johnson account
[419eater.com] My brother showed me this link years ago. Gratifying.
Is this a post for people who think theyre smarter than average, but also think they have some social responsibility to those "beneath them"? I mean, i think im smart, but i don't care about people who can't manage themselves online. Different strokes i guess.
No.
I made this post because I was being bothered repeatedly here by someone I believed to be a scammer. I had heard basically the same story on FB from other attempted scammers. I'm making it a kind of hobby to out scammers to others.
I'm currently in an email conversation with someone from a singles site who I'm pretty certain is a scammer. I'm keeping up my side of the conversation pretty much just to see what her/their scam is.
