I am dumb. I do not understand a convoluted construction. Often easy does it. Too many words to say a simple message is making simple things difficult in my opinion. Why not tell straight what we want to say? Isn't my translation easier? Nothing left to figure out.

@St-Sinner I doubt that you are dumb but people comprehend differently. I often have difficulty with comprehension and need to read something a couple times. This I did not. So for me, it is already simple. Now someone that comprehends differently than me may not see it that way. So IMO that's where we are at.

@BeeHappy My opinion is just mine, not universal. Many people love poetry but using too many words to explain a simple thought is hard for me to understand. I respect your thoughts, it is not about you. The best test is put both in front of a 6 year old and ask to explain. That is the test. We go though life solving problems, understanding things. There is no need to make simple things difficult. I have a similar opinion about horror movies.
