Rubén "Nemesio" Oseguera Cervantes, 53, is the leader of CJNG. There is a $10 million dollar reward on the line for whoever finds him, as he is on the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's Most Wanted list.
The CJNG sends out 1,000's of kilos of methamphetamines, heroin, cocaine, and fentanyl every year.
