He's been gone for almost a decade. Some legacy he left.
I think this tract is probably a riff on his book about the other side of the question, a book probably targeting new Christians: "What Happened When You Believed?"
Leuthold came out of Multnoma Bible Institute and Wheaton College so he was a pretty conventional evangelical.
