Well I'm feeling pretty good about where I'm at in life now, having been someone who struggled with severe depression and anxiety for years. I was riding a fine line with my desire to live for quite a while, and after much effort put into myself I am finally free from the clutches of woe. I feel passionate about my life again. I encourage others to find that same drive and run with it as often as is possible.

It'll also take more confidence than that.

Look, I'm not trying to be totally blunt. We just have to be the change we want to see in the world. Laying a heavy list of problems on people is in no way going to encourage them to solve it. It takes patience and guidance and positive affirmation to do that. We as a species need to work together to right our wrongs. Technology and the need for self-indulgent convenience caused a lot of this mess, but I do alternatively believe that technology(and some HEALTHY self-empowerment) can help us clean it up.
