I can only assume you’re trapped in some miserable small town in western Pennsylvania or northern Iowa and you’re trying to decide between Sbarro and Panda Express...they say fasting can be good for you.

Italian over Chinese
Mexican over Chinese
Thai over Chinese

But Chinese is okay. LOL!

2 choices? I’ll take both options, then... but tacos ?

@Captnron59 hahahahaha

I would rather have good Italian food than have mediocre Chinese food. I would also rather have good Chinese food than have mediocre Italian food. I have had great Italian food, and while I have had very good Chinese food, I don't think I have ever had great Chinese food.

I'd have to say Italian, you can never go wrong with pasta!

I’m a rule breaker so I’ll say Greek 🙂

Italian mostly. Chinese is ok.

Japanese is best, though, I think. I like how particular Japanese chefs are in the preparation and the serving of the dishes. I don't even complain about how small the portions are anymore. They are just always yummy. The exception is sushi. I don't really like sushi.

Indian!

@Katastrophe1969 Best food ever invented - veggie korma, pilau rice, peshwari naan and at least 12 poppadoms for me! (And an onion bhaji to take home and have in a couple of hours' time when I'm mystifyingly suddenly hungry again!)

Indian Cuisine is Good Art....

@Katastrophe1969 I used to love vindaloo, but since I gave up smoking and my sense of taste improved I can't manage them any longer. I'm also addicted to coconut, so korma does it for me. I can't imagine living anywhere without Indian food - even tiny villages have Indian restaurants here!

@Katastrophe1969 I think maybe we should organise a mass trip for all US-based users to come over and go for a massive atheist curry binge down Brick Lane 🙂

Chinese hands down

I mean always. Forever. I could eat Chinese every single meal of the day.

2

Knowing the evolution of pasta in Italy, it was brought from China, one could say both!

2

Right now lo-carb and Chinese is easier to do lo-carb. Just leave out the rice.

2

It would be Chinese but ever since I sore the Yulin dog eating and the skinning or burning alive that's all I can think about and I know all Asian people are not like that but its just burned into my brain so Italian it is

2

The best chinese is better than the best Italian, but bad chinese is much worse than bad Italian, and much more common. It's harder to find a decent chinese restaurant than it is a decent italian place.

2

Italian, of course.

chinese

Insufficient data. Does not compute.

(Unless you're me, which means you're gluten-sensitive--so Chinese it is!)

Italian is my favorite. I love Mexican too. Especially with mole. I like Chinese, but I don't love it.

both.

Eew, toughie. Pasta and meat served in adult portions is really tempting. But Cantonese Chow Mein is just one way to settle a noodle craving. Now, we're talking about the Americanized stuff, right? I've had authentic Chinese. Black bean sauce and fish with the heads still on... a very salty pallet as I recall. But the various Chinese generals that have contributed to the preparing of chicken have earned my salute. And if you include Thai to the menu, then Chinese all the way. But I could subsist on a Bolognese diet quite readily too.

Chinese buffet; you can go down the rows of food and pick what you want, without waiters, get seconds or dessert or whatever you want for a low price.

Both

Right now Chinese, but that could change at any given time.

I make ny own red sauce from scratch but I love veal parmigiana at a restaurant.

My stir fry doesn't come out like Jade Dragon down the road and I lve sushi and sushimi.

Italian

Chinese. It's almost impossible to find gluten free Italian food.
