I can't blame an organisation or an individual for avoiding taxes through any legal means. If taxation loopholes are being exploited, then those loopholes need to be closed.

Then again, I've never seen an issue with sharing a Netflix subscription with a small number of close friends or family members. Share it with more people than you have simultaneous streams, and you'll risk finding yourself unable to watch the service you're paying for.
