Started a new group for CANCER SURVIVORS. Please lets share and support each other.
Sassygirl3869, thank you for bringing us all together. Did you want to share your experience?
Funny, I've been thinking about going out to find a cancer support site. Didn't expect to find it here. Thanks for starting this sassygirl. I was first diagnosed with Melanoma in 2017. Since that time, I've had 7 moles removed, 2 positive stage 0 and this last will come back from lab in a week. Anxiety has taken over my life and I'm just beginning to get hold of that again/bring it down through yoga and breathing, therapy, diet and exercise.
Everyone here knows my story but if you find the group on Agnostic.com and sign up I'll retell it @crazycurlz
I am a cancer survivor. was treated successfully for prostrate cancer
I'm glad to hear it was successful, Ibusche. Frightening diagnosis! And, I think fairly common one, too. My father was diagnosed in his 70s.
@crazycurlz it was kind of scary
@lbusche are you in remission, then?
@crazycurlz no so far there is no trace of it.
I just had skin cancer removed from my back Friday. But don’t know if it counts the cancer I had was very small and one of the least deadliest type of cancer.
please sign up on agnostic.com under groups.all are welcome.
@sassygirl3869 Done
Donto, it counts. Cancer is cancer. Do you know what type of skin cancer, how to monitor your skin?
@crazycurlz yes it is Basil skin cancer. I go back every six months to get recheck for more
@Donto101 glad to hear it
