12/26 - Boxing Day
Time to reflect on the positive and vow to reject the negative. I don’t normally do New Year Resolutions. Usually it’s a time of reflection for me. Like Maya Angelou said “I know better now and now I do better”.
I look at that phrase as permission to accept that in order to grow, I must make mistakes. These mistakes teach me how to be better next time.
What is your “thing” at this time of year? Resolutions? Jumping into a new diet/ work out? Making lists?
