Mork + Spock = Spork.
I keep a titanium one in my travel bag. One day it will save my life. Maybe I should wear it around my neck.
Spork jewelry...BRILLIANT!
Chopsticks
not an available answer...Dave...hahaha, I like chopsticks as well....
We tend to go for this sort of informal dining here in England nowadays, too. This photo shows the standard cutlery layout if we're just having a quick sandwich or a burger or something.
Oh, you Brits are sooo civilized huh?...hahaha
That thing looks like a back scratcher. I eat my fries and pizza with a fork. I once read an article on how royalty once only ate with spoons, was it?? I can't remember but it was a pretty interesting read; going to look it up again.
I eat alot of stewps - not quite stew but too thick for soup - so I use a spoon. I need a fork for Mexican at the restaurant - I don't do fast food. And sometimes I require a knife but I currently have no need for a formal 9 piece place setting in Sterling silver.
Hands.
I have been to many countries where people use their hands and I ani't talking pizza and burgers, rice, porage, meat dishes, veggies, everything. I found it was mostly the elderly and the young kids, Philippines, Mongolia, Brazil, Mexico...I love it.
@Agr8m8 You haven't lived til you've eastern Chili Spaghett with your hands...you can complete some pretty awesome tasks if you can manage to be lazy enough to do it just right.
No spork tines like a fork
No spork clatters like a spoon
Sporks are for dorks
...hence the rhythm I guess....haha, I don't like sporks either and I can't seem to eat peas with a knife...
@Agr8m8 It's easy to eat peas with a knife . Use the mashed potatoes to hold them in place .
