Here's a link to the Freedom from Religion Foundation convention in San Antonio, Nov. 13-15, 2020 [ffrf.org]
San Antonio and the River Walk are worth the trip. If one can go there at Christmas the River Walk is SPECTACULAR! Google the pictures and check it out.
I've been to the Riverwalk on a November evening and it was nicer than a Chicago August evening. There is just something about walking out in the nice warm open in shirt sleeves when my body is saying "this should be parka time"
Thank you I will attend. As usual, will get a double and offer half to any member (who doesn't snore). There a lot of Texans in the group so hope the agnostic crowd will be big.
I live in Texas but far, far West Texas, almost in New Mexico! It's a 8 hour drive to San Antonio where I'm from but I will try to go!
@MichelleGar1 Lucky you, at least you can drive. I have to drive, take a ferry, take a bus, take a plane and then another bus to the conventions. When it's at Madison it also involves staying at a SeaTac airport motel. But, in the end it's worth it.
