Sorry, I'm going with both. Someone who abuses a domesticated animal should probably do some time. However we kill other animals for food. There's no Bill of Rights for animals. Should a lawyer be able to going to court on behalf of a pack of Iditarod dogs, if dogs could talk, saying that they should be paid overtime?
