Do you find that you seem to be more reflective than others around you?

I do not dwell on my past, but I do feel I still need to look at the whole of the time I've had, coupled with the experiences in my life, to map it all out.

What do you do?

I recently wrote out the timeline of my whole life and firstly I typed in all the years, starting from 1945 to 2018. Just looking at those numbered years made me feel quite depressive. But then I started to put my lifes events to those years and finally realised that I've done a whole lot of living ! Lots of learning, lots of travelling, lots of experiences. So it's now Ok 🙂

I still maintain that it is good at the end of the day to say to myself that I have done the best that I can during this day and that I cannot change it, only try to improve myself and perhaps rephrase to others what I have said or done if I no longer believe the correctness of my action/ speech.
