What do you most like to do during your leisure time?
Listen to music, write, make art, hike, swim, read, smoke pot.
Leisure time? I’m a teacher with an 11 year old daughter. Surely you jest.
Demand two hours a week for yourself...it will make you more productive to take me time
sports, dance, some kind of lessons, extracurricular activities
What's this leisure time you speak of??? Hahahaha... When the rare occasion presents itself, I love to snuggle down with my favorite blanket, a good cup of coffee and a good book.
Leisure time not spent on this website is primarily consumed working on home theater (profile photo) based projects. Future projects will include:
re grinding/polishing and coating home-made anamorphic lens, continue upgrades form passive to active crossovers, modify tension system on screen, adding additional supply line to the breaker box to accommodate larger amplifiers, build and program (Android controlled) Arduino based controllers for stepper motors for sled, lens, and screen drapes. Build 2nd custom cabinet for one of the seven center speaker enclosures, fix motorcycle (convert to fuel injection) etc.
Would be nice to get back into playing in orchestra and bands but I don’t currently have enough leisure time to devote to those mandatory time consuming activities.
drink beer , listen to music and the occasional toke. now painting seems to fuel my fire
Bringing my boy somewhere cool that I like too. Amusement park, nature walk, museum, etc...
Hi Donna, think you sent me a message! Hi how are you?
Study and discover new things. I also enjoy 'reinventing the wheel' in mathematics.
I don't have that much leisure time, but when I do have I like to read, talk with my family, and go on walks with my husband.
Leisure time!!!!!!!! What's that??? If I could indulge in leasure time, my paintings would go unfinished, my photo's would go unedited, my novel would never see another page, and my e-mails would never get opened. But I am working on creating leisure time- it takes writing a day away into my calander and sticking to it. In other words, my actual leisure time starts around 11pm at night.
When you are busy doing things that you love to do it is almost like having leisure time...when people must do jobs that they do not real like or want to do...it is like when they have time to do the things that they want to do it is almost like leisure time for them. I too work in the arts and it is always enjoyable...so keep doing what you love to do...
Read books, ride my bike and/or hike in the wooods
One of my favorite things to do is hike in the woods...going to the Berkshires in May
@Dawgismygawd I live in the Pacific Northwest, and virtually everywhere outside of the cities, North of Eugene (OR) and West of the Cascades is like a rain forest.
I'm a self taught computer nerd and use one as normal plus I also use it for music and TV. I watch almost whatever I want sort of like from a big free library. I can make CD's, copy e-books, etc. and I do certain things in the area of political activism. That puts me friends with some important people whom I have nerver met but this at least keeps my bragging down. LOL None of these people are going to hang out with me and I'm not going to get any jobs in the movies, but at least I'm having fun with it and I can share some ideas.
