Thankfully Starbucks is open on religious holidays including Xmas and Easter!

Almost any othe coffee chain has better coffee than Starbuck's
Coffee Bean and Tea leaf
Stumptown
Peet's
...

We get an extra hour on Easter Sunday because daylight saving is ending here. Haven't decided yet how to use it. Read the paper? Piano practice? Work in the garden?

What I do on Easter is the same I would do on any other day.

Save up for the post Easter chocolate sale?

Enjoy the time off work?

So many options!

Sleep in

Makes no difference to me . Just another day in paradise !!!!!!

Have a day off.

Easter baskets full of candy and stuff animals hid eggs for the kids. Typical Easter stuff minus the religious bullshit.

I'm an agnostic, not an athiest, but I generally eat and drink for four days straight.

Thanks for the like Deb57!

What I did yesterday.

Explain to small children at the Mall that bunnys can't lay eggs. Its all fake.

Weather is predicted to be nice so spend as much time as possible outside either at the park or lakefront enjoying not being saved.

3

Settlers of Catan and various tabletop role play with the kids during the day. Get drunk and laid at night. Oh, and kickboxing Saturday morning, followed by a massage.
As I have all week off the debauch will be extensive.

Have a non-religious meal with my aunt, she's religious but not pushy about it, and then play games. Kinda like xmas without the presents. We're going to an upscale southern US style restaurant. Amazing spicy fried chicken. Yum!

This is ridiculous. I go to a friend's house, have a nice dinner and admire their kid's easter baskets. Other times I might sit home and entertain myself. I would have asked "What did you have in mind?"

Watch the Ten Commandments ( great movie) eat jellybeans and drink coffee, maybe call the kids. Sneak into my secret lair and say incantations to bring Satan into the lives little Christian children...Mauoooohahaha!

Usually I watch The Ten Commandments (or sometimes The Life of Brian) but this Sunday NBC is broadcasting "Jesus Christ Superstar Live".

It’s also Passover. So EAT.

I'm still celebrating the resurrection, isn't everybody?

Well since the date varies widely from year to year based on pagan observations movements ot the moon and it's relationship to the vernal equinox I have come to the conclusion that maybe I could celebrate it after all given those parameters. The possiblity of an abandoned wine swilling Bacchanalia only adds to my interested curiostiy.

Most holidays I just eat and make love to my woman and enjoy my day off. My sons are grown so they do they own thing and my daughters will be with my ex and celebrating the holiday .... my ex is very religious and I am a atheist so holidays my kids go there ...
