Have you ever had a dream or dream fragment that turned out to be a real memory?

When I was a young child, I had an image, like a snapshot with no context, of me in a moving car, with the back seat door open, and standing with my feet in the car and my hands on the door, stretched out, looking at the ground below me rushing by. I always assumed it was just one of those weird dream segments little kids have.

A few months ago, my brother asked me if I remembered the time when I was 4 that I was almost killed, and related the above story, with more detail.

I never knew it was a real memory.

I used to get this all the time. It’s one of the most challenging things to describe..

I rarely dream as such, my dreams are almost all just rehashing of the days events.
The earliest dream I can remember I was about 11 months old. It is my first memory.

Not dreams, but actual memories of things that happened when I was in the womb, at birth, etc that I confirmed with my parents. I also had many memories of past lives, which I found to be true when I googled some of the incidents I remembered.

My sister also remembers past lives and could also remember what happened when she was still in the womb.

But the naysayers will probably soon show up. It's weird how, on this forum, so many "atheists" seem to think the only thing that exists is what they've personally experienced, and everything else is "fake news." I'm starting to get disillusioned with this website.
