got the results back from my annual PSA test, which was negligible & showed that prostate cancer prostate cancer probably won't kill me in the next year.
for a depressive these tests, with good results, can provide at least a little cheer, temporary as it may be.

sometimes we need to dig deep.
as our weather gets better my mood improves. but the meds i'm on aren't helping.
