Bernie Sanders is trying to make some subtle arguments with his recent comments about Fidel Castro. The problem lies in the fact that most US citizens do not react positively to subtlety. Most US voters either lack the knowledge of history, and do not have the patience for ferreting out the meaning in subtlety.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Quite true. If your message requires subtlety, you are out of luck with most Americans who didn't attend college. If they didn't pick up understanding of subtlety thru education, they sure as hell won't get it from watching our mass media's entertainment choices.....Only about a quarter of Americans ever attend college.
