Few days ago, in Argentina, a girl was celebrating her graduation (Medical school) on the front steps of the La Plata Cathedral (Buenos Aires).
These celebrations are usually very noisy, the graduate is "bathed" in water and flour andthe event last for about 30 mins..
Believe it or not but the Bishop came out of the cathedral and kicked the new doctor down the concrete steps.
The peole were furious, the media took the side of the girl and even the Monsignor had to apologize.
