Alf is cute but if I am going to believe, i would rather worship something that looked more like a Greek God.

In my case, I would prefer a godess. 🤣

..I’ve been surprised at just how many other idiotic things the religious believe in beside god/s ..ghosts, a devil, angels, spirits, elves … leprechauns, fairies, unicorns, goblins.. Seems it sets one up for unlimited delusions 😉

Yes. And the difference between Alf and the gods is that Alf is universally understood to be fiction. Religionists wrongly present their gods as reality rather than fiction.

So are talking snakes and people with wings.

@LenHazell53 Maybe the FFRF could create a TV show for children, with these characters in starring roles. (Slither, Don Key and Wings.)
