I could start celebrating in where I live, Devils Lake, North Dakota (irony?), but I would get a deep lake weighted baptismal for it!

Our holiday will never be taken seriously until we have an annual televised parade down Central Park West in NYC or Main St. USA in Disney World. Until we have that, we're no better than National Potato Day.
