Yes he is. That's why I would applaud his death whether it be by natural causes, or assassination for that matter. He is no better than a serial killer. The only thing he cares about is an economic recovery to ensure his re-election. Luckily, the power to reopen businesses falls within the purview of the governors of each state and not the president.
