A Freethinker friend ran across this video which I know is based on a character in a movie. Never saw the movie but know the face. Does anyone know what this video is all about. Should we be worried?

It is based on the film V for Vendetta, the character in the movie was played by Hugo Weaving.
The mask has been adopted by the Internet conspiracy theorist "Anonymous" and this film is elaborating on a favorite idea of theirs know as agenda 21
I am assuming the this agenda 2030 is a follow up on it.
The actual agenda 21 is a proposed set of ideas to help reform and make sustainable the world resources, by implementing a program of renewable energies sustainable farming and food production for a growing population.
However the likes of "anonymous" have chosen to interpret the proposal as a plan to cull the human race by 90% and place the survivors in dictatorial mega cities, and to use this theory to make a fortune on You Tube and scam people in to being terrified in to giving them large amounts of money.
