My father-in-law, a very positive-thinking man, was still running up three flights of stairs when he was 92. Slowed down a bit now, having some circulation problems at 95.
Attitude may not be everything, but it is a lot

In my neighborhood 80's and 90's are really common. I've had the privilege of knowing many people who functioned well, even worked up to and near their second century. Some of them you'd probably know.
