Yipes. I may have all three! On the other hand ....

It is very easy to become self absorbed and anxious. Every arthritic rheumatoid ache becomes a sign, every dry throat because you have been unusually talking too long on the phone without a hot drink becomes another. Lack of vigorous exercise, deep breathing, or too much couch potatoing results in congestion and build up of catarrh. The hangover from last night's overindulgence has resulted in a headache. That week old chicken remains in the fridge should have been boiled into a soup and not used in a salad.

What things are you noticing and now hyper sensitive /alert for?
