My downstairs neighbor is a rude ass. Despite my cordial requests, he plays the worst crap music at earsplitting volumes constantly. I've spoken to the complex management about it and they just make note of the complaint and tell me to call the police. I don't want to be that guy...that calls the cops on someone, but I'm running out of options. He doesn't listen, and won't give an inch.

A long time ago I lived in a basement apartment. The upstairs neighbor would come home drunk at 2 and turn the stereo on full blasllt and pass out. My kids had been out messing with the electric boxes and I figured out which one was his. Soooo, one night when he came home and turned the music on I just ran out and shut off his electricity. I waited about an hour and then turned it back on. He shut the music off right after I turned the electricity back on. LOL
