The next pandemic is already starting. The weight gain from eating and drinking more while staying home. I noticed I have added a few pounds without having to walk to work, eating more, and drinking more. Time to social distance from the fridge, pantry, and alcohol.
I actually eat a lot more healthy meals when I make them from scratch (restaurants and convenience food manufacturers definitely do not have our good health in mind). How ever, I could seriously use some distance REDUCTION between myself and the gym!
I also cook all my own meals and try to eat lots of fruit and veggies. What I have been doing is buying more bakery when shopping, local store has a great fresh bakery selection. Something I only ate once a week has turned into a few days a week. Also since I am not working, I am having more adult beverages. I drive school bus and never drink working days. On Friday or Saturday I would have a drink or two before dinner. Every day is now a weekend day and I have been indulging more than I would when working. Will be putting an end to that habit too. Just need to get back to my routine prior to this event.
