Do you agree that Whoever choose to attend any non essential event these days should automatically give up to their rights of having a hospital bed and a respirator available?

My initial reaction when I see idiots gathering in churches and protests in defiance of the quarantine mandates is that they deserve what they get. The the truth is that these people go home to their children, or go visit aged parents, or brush up against people who are forced to work or run their own errands, etc. Nobody really deserves to suffer, even if they do deserve to experience consequences for inflicting suffering. Part of the reason many of us are non-believers in gods is because we understand how unfair life can be, and that justice doesn't always prevail.

No, but maybe they should be forcibly infected, then forcibly and completely quarantined.

. . . sounds to me like an ethical quagmire. 😟

It seems fair to me that your choices will have consequences

It is a question of duties and then rights. In times of crises like in wartimes, the citizen's rights have to be balanced much more so with their responsibilities. This is a fairly straightforward choice here. Given the extremely bad outcomes, it is hard to believe that anyone would knowingly increase the likelihood of spreading the infection and then expect not to be held accountable.
