If I understand what you mean, that a friend persistently tries to convert you to their religious beliefs? After you’ve repeatedly explained your feelings to them on the issue? Then I would be cross and distance myself from them. If it’s an acquaintance, I would be harsher.

Truly, though, considering what most religious think will happen to me, it surprises me the number of them who are content to chastise without really attempting to explain their beliefs beyond simple stock sentences. So if they're sincerely engrossed in their beliefs and genuinely concerned about you, it's probably worth it to cut them some slack. Maybe even acknowledge to them that you appreciate their concern but you need them to back off right now.
