True, it is not shocking....to us. But is still deserves to be called out, confronted, ridiculed. Plenty of people who think religion is harmless and well-intentioned are oblivious to this sort of occurrence.
Imagine if clergy actually modeled faith themselves by trusting their god to provide for them without resorting to manipulating tha flock. The fact that they don't is evidence they don't really believe their own teachings.

This just goes to show how immoral and unethical the Evangelistic’s are to their flocks!!!
The evangelistic’s leadership are just too lazy to actually work for a living, instead the evangelistic’s love living off the backs of those they consider their flock of followers!!!

If people do they are contradicting the purpose.
Stimulus funds are intended to boost the economy because of exceptional circumstances.
Those that do are an offence to their community. Jesus has got nothing to do with it unless he is the local barber or shoe repairer!
