Does any one else have trouble being the host on zoom? being a guest is a doddle but I may have downloaded something wrongly. I tried to delete all but not sure that worked???
are there better ( say greater than 5 guests) systems Whatsap Ok for 4.
If you are the host you need to decide how many people will use it. I am using mine for groups around 20 minimum so I have the Pro I pay for at only $15 month. I have set up 4 different Zoom Rooms with no problems. If you want help please PM me.
There you are - designed with business people primarily in mind. I want everyone to use it even with poor digital insights.
Use Jitsi. It's far easier, can handle up to 75 people, is completely free and open source, with encryption, and has a password feature, allowing you to make unwanted intrusion almost impossible.

I went on Jitsi with my Meetup Coffee Group-about 20 and it was a disaster. Feedback, voice off.
Are our administrators going to initiate any zoom meetings with limited attendance or will it rest at Chat rooms?
I am not an Administrator and my zoom and chat rooms have no limitations to # of people.
@sassygirl3869 So you could zoom me and solve my hosting problems ,BUT mass zooming would bring problems that we cannot even imagine. I would be in favour of the administrators setting them up at LEAST experimentally. All communication is good communication?
@Mcflewster I have not contacted the Administrators about Zoom-just did it independently. Worked really well for Trivia last night. Jitsi had glitches when I participated in a session. Zoom had no issues for 12 of us last night. I just can't get my 92 year old Jewish mother on. LOL.
Pity it was designed for business people and NOT all people. (with extensions of course.
Not true-I use it for family and personal friends as well.
@sassygirl3869 Please could you record aa video of how you set up as host and perhaps share it privately.
