I don't know. However, Time published an article that the some French Bees do make blue honey: [newsfeed.time.com]
Dr Kinsey was a gull wasp expert who doubled in the college community interviewing people of most ages about their sex habits and attitudes.....Laura Linney played MRS KINSEY in the movie with Liam Neeson as the trail blazing sex researcher....bug researchers watch bugs long enough to see how they mate and procreate .....blue bees ....I wonder if they make blue honey ?

It appears that different colored honey only occur when bees resort to using artificial sources of sugar like M&Ms and maraschino cherry juice. "The dyed honey is considered unfit for human consumption, or “unsellable,” as one disgruntled beekeeper put it" ~ [slate.com]
