Yes ... racism is such an unreasoning and silly waste.
It is vanity, pride, and anger.
I see America, or more properly the United States of America, as united by the states that have agreed to be united. However, I see it as catastrophically divided (translation: disunited) when it comes to the principle of treating all its citizens equally.
I see this situation continuing for as long as it pleases those who are in positions of economic and political power to continue to enrich themselves financially at the expense of "the common man" (to borrow a phrase from England).

Using the word 'united,' as in the United States, is hypocritical. Nothing is united as long as the citizens living in any of the states are divided in biased (as in voting rights) and unequal ways (housing, jobs, law enforcement, imprisonment). In the US inequality has always been ubiquitous, while fascist capitalism has been in power.
Tonight in Tulsa was the Beginning of the end of this Fucking Nightmare .

Maybe. But young unarmed Black men have been losing their lives at the hands of the police since long before Donald Trump. Let’s not make the mistake of laying the evils of our systems at his feet.
