Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.I think having two different colored eyes is amazing. It makes the person very unique. David Bowie had a brown eye and a blue eye. It was not heterochromia iridum, he got hit in the eye and it damaged his blue eye and turned it brown.
I have light green eyes. Green eyes are beautiful to look at. They are also extremely unique and very rare! It has been estimated that only 2% of the world’s population have true green eyes. To give you an idea of just how special green eyes are, consider this factoid. Currently, it is estimated that around 7 billion people live on the planet. Going by the math, this means only 140 million people have some shade of green as an eye color.

I have blue eyes; over the past several years something like yellow has been growing around my pupil; it's steadily getting bigger. Dunno if that counts.
My mother's eyes started brown, and are now almost completely green.

David Bowie had it. One blue eye and one brown eye.
@jwd45244 & @Donotbelieve Yeah it's a permanently dilated pupil from a blow to the head during a fight at age 14. What I read, anyway.
I am not aware of what it is and not being rude, but could you give me something to talk about along with many others who have their Latin Dictionaries out.

Eyes of different colors, meaning each eye is different or eyes that have different colors to them in both eyes..and have the tendency to change color.... Mine, for example are brown around the iris..then are green and are encircled by blue... When im stressed they are almost emerald green with Brown "stripes" with a ring of navy... When im very calm they're almost a cadet blue with dots of green and brown ring around the iris...
How many persons are really aware of your condition? I know of dogs who have two different colored eyes which is very apparent but with humans I have never been acutely aware of this condition that made would have made me make a comment. Per Se, one eye is healthier than the other, one foot puts more pressure on your balance than the other. One kidney, lung, and leg yada yada.
@Nevermind345... I have been told most of my life that i have a unique, albeit, strange eye color... Are they green? Are the blue? Are they brown? Just what color are they? (On my drivers license it states theyre green... I had to pick a color) It doesnt affect the health of the eyes... Although i have heard some can be more sensitive to bright light.. Not sure how much truth there is to it, but mine are... It's rare and is usually hereditary... I have my daddy's eyes. My mother's are straight blue. Think of it in terms of melanin in the skin...
I had to google it. I've never met anyone who has it? Is it rare?
