You were clocked spelling grammar wrong in a grammar post. Get out of the car slowly and keep your hands where I can see them.

For those who don’t care about accuracy, where do you draw the line? Your doctor? Your lawyer? Is “you know what I meant” ok?

I truly love these, and am a proud grammar cop ! But rather than hound people and use up time I could be reading posts, I try to set a good example.

Given how people on the internet get savaged over simple grammar all the time and have for years and years, I am surprised anyone doesn't know the "there, their, they're" and "your, you're" mistakes. If you still don't know those simple rules, then you deserve to be riduculed. A big plus is that often you encounter these mistakes in the rants of Trump supporters. Nothing shoots your argument more full of holes than coming off like a dumbass. It's like shooting fish in a barrel.

Here's a tip for everyone, if you don't know how to use or spell a word, open a friggin tab and Google it, for Chrissakes. And you don't have to spell it right in the search, Google helps you.

Typos are one thing, but ignorance is another thing and not okay.

I'm not perfect. I sometimes cannot remember how to spell even common words - so I look them up to remind myself.

We are trying to have a society here!

Oh don't forget "canon" and "canon". Pisses me right off, as a writer.
