I've seen the pellet smokers. Never tried one. To much of a traditionalist haha
They are very nice to use and easy. And so far less trouble than a propane too.
That's great! Who's the little fella
My boy izack.
I saved a little and got one for my wife last year for her birthday. (Every woman loves cooking tools as gifts. Truthfully, she asked for one first.)
The sales clerk was comical trying to convince me to sign up for the deal. We don't eat meat so he had trouble describing things to fix in it.
Me: 'I bet it makes great smoked onions or or capsicums or eggplants for baba ganoush'.
Him: 'Yeah that stuff would be good too'.
Anyway... We love it.
It's easy to use and makes terrific meals. I even enjoy the wood smoke smell blowing in from the porch when we use it.
❤ i love to work with being able to source things that way.
Okay, that's great ... but what does this have to do with Science (Academic) subject matter?
