The USA is already a dictatorship under Trumpus Rex, he will given the opportunity force through an Enabling Act (a legal declaration of dictatorship) making himself in effect "leader" for life.

I hope the precautions the film company has taken to secure theif data will be sufficient. If they try to stop the film in the courts, the trump mob has padded the courts to the point they might get away with it.
It is definitely going to be a bumpy 3 months as his desperation grows. His many accomplices will do everything they can to help because many of them should probably go to jail too.
