Movie Plot Hole:
When Ferris Bueller and his friends pose as Abe Froeman, the Sausage King of Chicago, to get the table in the posh restaurant...What happened to the REAL Abe Froeman, and why did he and his party not show up at the same time for the table?
because it's all happening in Cameron's mind?
That occured to me too. I just wen twith it and assumed they just forgot to cancel... or else Ferris' dad was eatign with Abe... they both made reservations and just used theone.
Still, for anyone who likes Ferris Buelller's Day Off",you might also enjoy "Adventures In Babysitting". Just another fun teen suburban/urban adenture.
It’s not really a plot hole.
People make reservations and don’t show all the time.
He looked for one that was already past arrival but not seated and it worked since #movie.
Ferris Bueller's real name was Edward McNally. A kid crafty enough that he had his sister rewrite all the notes from his mom so the principal would not be able to spot a forgery. The Principal figured it out when his little brother went to the same school years later and had incorrectly guessed the note from his mom was a forgery because it didn't match her earlier handwritting. Genius on his part, and shows a very determined principal.
Keep repeating to yourself, "it's only a movie, it's only a movie".....lol
I've never seen that movie..
a classic, I have it on DVD...
@Agr8m8 Cool. I just watched, "Justice League."
@Sarahroo29 hahaha, I thought you were gonna say, "send it to me!". How was it? JL?
@Agr8m8 Good. I'm now on chapter 3 of my cognitive biases book.
Tons of plot holes in that movie.
Yeah. Maybe he really was sick and it was a fever dream.
Bonus worthless trivia. He was evading the creepy Principal
A little over a decade later he WAS the creepy Principal in Election.
Recent Tomb Raider blooper:
The bomber is a B-25. The plane is about to fall, she looks up and sees a picture of a parachute, where there is a parachute... below which is Katakana characters (Japanese). Um, why would an American Bomber have Japanese messages?
The movie was about a lucky "felix felicis day" for Ferris Bueller..with everything going his way, and even his arch enemies helping him and getting their just deserts.
Probably why it's so popular, even though I still can't bear even the illusion that the beautiful red rosso corsa 1961 Ferrari 250GT SWB California Spyder was allowed to crash backwards out a window.
It was a non-functioning replica, only good for crashing, but still..it hurt to watch.
correct, it was built on a VW chassis...
