This is a photo of my best friend feeding a wild donkey, on the island of Cyprus, it was our first holiday together. The fun thing is, that she knew where we were going, so she deliberately took some expensive first class apples from the hotel breakfast buffet to feed them, carefully placed in her handbag. But then she is over twenty years older than me, (late eighties) so at that age you can get away with things.
Thought I’d go a bit different as pretty much ANY picture of my pets or children bring a smile to my face. For some reason, THIS does it for me, too. I think it’s the ecstasy in the shower that gets me. (The artist, my daughter, assures me he is enjoying himself, not miserable).
My daughter and her latest and greatest motorcycle, my wife and Dexter Montgomery my nephew don't know whether to get him a laboratory or a nuke plant.
I would recommend a laboratory then he can make what he wants and hopefully he won't want a nuke.
Is that you?
@Lorajay yes!
My darling Richard with our youngest granddaughter Pyper. He passed away June 22, 2018. He was so happy he got to be here for her birth.
I definitely see the love there too.
@Lorajay He told me when he held her he forgot about all his pain. I was so happy he was able to have a few months with her before he passed.
I think mainly sounds make you smile.
@Lorajay . . . referring to music/rock -- regularly 'influence' me
(no offense intended to you)
I detest that English idiom : "You make me ____" (fill-in-the-blank)
