Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.If you define moral acts those acts that contribute to the general well being, with the absolute minimum (or zero) negative effects and immoral acts as those which lessen the general well being you have a sound basis for discernment

The idea that murdering small children is not moral is universal suggests that some 'morality' is innate.
