Hey, I'd take the results over anything your average third-world dictatorship can offer.
For now, anyway.
As for new toys, if your country, from wherever you hail, spent oh, about 750 billion or so a year on it's military, I think shiny new jets, bombs, etc., would be the last thing you'd be worried about; no need for new enemies, we have plenty and they're multiplying faster than jackrabbits!
