Hun, I am a bbw (obese according to Drs) and I have to fight them off. ?
Besides, if you let your personality shine through they won’t even notice what you look like.
As long as you are healthy you are fine...and your complexion is amazing...although the beauty that matters is within.
Be whatever you want to be. Just be comfortable with it and celebrate it. As long as you are healthy, who cares?
Welcome in young lady.
Well, I married a big girl when I was a big guy, 23 years ago. Don't let it get to the point where you do become obese, we both eventually needed bariatric surgery to deal with it. Food addiction is a real thing and using food as a coping mechanism for anxiety and depression is as well and it requires professional help to deal with it.
Welcome to the site!
Personally, I like a bit of meat on the bones. I think men tend to be more descriminating as far as weight and women have a bias towards tallness in men. Being of short stature, there’s not a lot I can do. I just try to make up for it with charm.
Not an issue at all, and welcome. There is more to life than just outward appearances, and most here are quite accepting.
What is the Rosy Odonnell quip?
"The bone is for the Dog, the meat is for the man!"
You look lovely... and, my inner shallow Hal has been beaten up a few times. For me? It's about health and nothing more. If we can go on hikes, if we can bicycle, if we can do... oh... three flights of stairs, then I have NO issue.
When I was young, Twiggy was all the rage... I didn't see what others saw in her. She was... really, anorexic, way too tiny, unhealthily so... in my opinion. I wanted to feed her, and bring her back to health!
Right or wrong, I'm not a fan of the other extreme either, so, Mama Cass... well, I LOVE her voice but she doesn't do 'it' for me...
So, now that I've dug myself into this hole, let me talk about my experiences in eHarmony and other dating web sites. There is a woman for every shape of man (and, yes, in my experience, women are more forgiving than men but... well, tell me you don't know some women who just want that guy who fits THAT image and nothing else). And there is a guy for every shape of woman. Just be honest with whomever you are checking out, and let them, honestly, respectfully, check you out... and things will go naturally from there.
DId I mention I have difficulty with short posts and with overanalysis of... everything?
Let me end on this: supercute in the pic. You are all that!
Oh... and an IQ is so much more important than fitting any other ideal.
I allow myself to guess you have been teased / insulted on account of your weight. This world is plagued with ass..e who are too busy looking at other people to avoid fixing themselves.
To be overweight -three lbs or twenty lbs- is only a problem if it affects your health. I care about the person...and a skinny / fat ass...e won't make my friend list.
Welcome and be happy.
