Allan Lichtman, a history professor (for over 50 years!), a game-show winner, and a steeple-chase champion, who has accurately predicted ALL presidential elections - from Ronald Reagan in 1984 to Mr. Trump in 2016, gives his predictions for 2020. He however ends by saying that the ONLY way to ensure America's future is to GET OUT and VOTE!!!
