One possible scenario is Trump loses the election, Trump resigns, and Pence pardons him for all crimes ever. It may not apply to state prosecutions; there's no previous similar case, i.e., precedent. Moreover, it may be considered conspiracy or collusion, and voided. Nixon is precedent, but circumstances are very different.

so many conspiracies if you watch Maddow from the beginning of trumps reign she lays out several schemes and follows the tentacles and the conspirators.....and pence is just as guilty he is in on it all ....I know its a fools dream but id love to see them all investigated and arrested and punished
@whiskywoman Every climate denier should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity and murder, IMO. The Orange Ogre and his cronies deserve special attention and something special.
