It is a slow way and often does not prevent the powers that be from responding in violent ways. Much of Martin Luther King's non violent protests ended in protesters being mauled by dogs, beaten over the head by truncheons, locked up in jails after beatings by the police or local thugs. it requires a great deal of mental preparation to be attacked but not fight back. In high school I participated in quiet protests against the Vietnam War and they were calm and we had no problems. We also did door to door signature canvasing. In today's atmosphere, I am not sure I would want to do that. Though when my stepson and I were doing door to door canvasing for Sanders in 2015 we only had one person threaten us. But that seems like such an innocent time compared to nowadays.
Sounds like a good idea if coupled with audiovisual included...
