I do hope your departure decision is not permanent. Was it triggered by an incident on this site?
Sometimes, I get a bit overwhelmed / annoyed / fed-up on here, but I simply drift off it, checking it sporadically but not responding, until my interest is restored. I do this a lot more with facebook, though.
