Is anyone here a secular Buddhist? I am. Buddism is not originally a religion although it has been turned into one by various groups, ethnic and otherwise. I have found the four noble truths and the eight-fold path to be incredibly helpful in life. Also I go on silent Buddhist retreat every six months.
