They’ve stacked to courts including the Supreme Court and major Federal Courts with wacko Conservative judges. They squashed any progressive laws from passing for almost ten years. Thanks to Trump, most major environmental, National Parks, and various treaties have been trashed. If they lose, they have done enough damage to the laws to keep things fouled up for a decade.
